Frequently Asked Questions
Iām not sure if I need therapy, how would I know if I do?
People seek therapy for various personal reasons. Some people begin therapy after a painful event or stressful time in their lives, while others may be looking more towards self-development and learning about themselves. Some may experience symptoms of Depression and Anxiety or may be experiencing life changes or challenges in their relationships.
How long do I need to be in therapy?
The length of time you participate in therapy is as individual and varied as the reasons why people start. It can depend on factors such as the intensity of your symptoms; the complexity of events over your lifetime; or the depth of experienced trauma. No matter the case, I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that feels and fits right for you.
How often will we meet and how long are sessions?
Sessions are typically held weekly on a mutually agreed upon day and time. Sessions range from 45 to 60 minutes depending on your needs.
Bi-weekly and monthly frequencies are also available depending on your needs.
How much does therapy cost?
Please call, email, or complete our contact form to discuss the fees, as prices vary depending on the services needed.
