Hypnotherapy is a type of therapy that uses the power of suggestion to create positive change in certain mental health conditions and habits.
For many people it is a very effective form of treatment that can have many benefits — from weight management, easing stress, and managing anxiety to quitting harmful habits such as consuming excess sugar and smoking — as well as addressing phobias like fear of flying.
Hypnotherapy is not to be confused with “Stage Hypnosis,” a performative act where people are “put to sleep.”
During Hypnosis, I will help you to relax; stop busy thoughts; and reach a deep state of meditation and focused concentration- where you are more able to accept and adopt ideas that encourage you to move away from unhelpful beliefs and towards more helpful productive ones.
During Hypnosis, you are completely in control of what is happening around you.
